When you place your order, an order acknowledgement will be sent to your email address. Please review your order acknowledgement for any errors and inform us immediately of any errors. Hatland.com assumes that all orders are correct unless we are otherwise notified by the customer.

Free Shipping Policy: |
If you order three or more hats and qualify for free shipping (USA only), we MUST ship them together in one shipment! If we notify you that one or more of the hats are out of stock or on backorder, you have the option of the following: - you can wait for the back-ordered items to arrive or - substitute the out-of-stock item(s) for an in-stock item or - receive balance of the shipment of one or two hats for a $4.95 shipping charge or - receive the first shipment for $4.95 shipping charge and the back-ordered item(s) will ship when available with free shipping.

*** Correspondence must be through emails only *** Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for any reason as long as you follow the instructions below. All refunds take approximately 7-10 days to be processed from the date received.
If you need to EXCHANGE your hat(s) for different hat(s), place a NEW order online for the replacement item(s) and request a REFUND for the items that are returned.

Guidelines for Hatland.com to assist with your return or exchange: |
1- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase (extended to Jan. 30th during Christmas Shopping Season). All hats must be in a BOX (at least 5 inches deep...we recommend reusing the box that the hat was originally shipped in) Any hats shipped in bags, envelopes, or boxes NOT deep enough to maintain the shape of the hat will be refused. Any hats that become crushed or lose their shape in transit to us CANNOT be put back into inventory.
2- Items must be in their ORIGINAL condition and not worn. Hats that are broken in or have stains on the inside of the sweatband will not be accepted for returns. They will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. We cannot and will not resell used merchandise.
Sizes and size conversions on the size chart are considered close estimates and sometimes vary from brand to brand, size to size, and hat to hat. Returns due to wrong sizing are not the responsibility of Hatland.com and will NOT be treated as an error by us. Only the price of the hat will be refunded, however, the shipping charge is the customer's responsibility. Hat prices will be refunded but not the shipping charge. If you are concerned about the sizing of fitted hats, we STRONGLY recommend that you attempt to purchase these from your local store where you can try the hats on.
3 - Make a copy of the original invoice for your records and place the invoice back in the box with the returned item(s).
4 - We will refund the amount of the merchandise but not the shipping charges, unless the shipment was an error of Hatland.com. If a shipment with free shipping is returned, a $7.95 (U.S.) shipping charge will be deducted from the amount of the merchandise returned.

6- Returns of orders of $300 or more are subject to an RE-STOCKING fee of 25% of the returned merchandise amount PLUS the original shipping charges paid by hatland.com if they were shipped for free.
